Key Responsibilities Formulate and oversee customized case management strategies for each patient, monitoring their progress and establishing recovery objectives. Deliver comprehensive medical and disability case management services designed to mitigate or avert long-term disabilities. Serve as an essential liaison among healthcare providers, patients, and all parties involved in the care process. Provide expert medical insights and maintain transparent communication throughout the recovery journey.
Required Skills
Active and unrestricted State Registered Nursing License. Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, alongside robust computer skills. Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and digital) with a dedication to timely follow-ups. High-speed internet access and a well-equipped home office setup.
Qualifications
3-5 years of clinical experience in medical case management, workers’ compensation, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in case management. National certification in case management is preferred, but not mandatory (certification may be obtained within 12 months of employment). U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to successfully pass a background and credit check.
